We will drink a specially prepared rosemary brew, explore the seasonal energies and our inner landscape through guided meditation, creation of corn husk dolls and ritual practice. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect and share. Each participant will be given a Hawthorn tree essence to take home to continue to integrate the session.
