Practitioner of Soul Healing Arts

Each Soul has a story that spans lifetimes and timelines. Sometimes we feel stuck or a pattern keeps repeating itself, we’ve done work on it, gone to therapy, but it doesn’t seem to shift. With Soul Healing Arts practices we can look at these issues with a new lens.

The modality builds on Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations work; my teacher Sharon Bolt developed it and incorporated spirit work and shamanism. It helps us to listen to both the family Soul and the individual Soul and their conversations simultaneously, giving us access to deeper levels of healing.

We can work in person or online. An intake form will be completed by you prior to the appointment. Typically we are both seated but this can be modified to suit the individual. We might work with crystals, post-it notes or within your mind’s eye, whatever feels most supportive. The issue will be identified and you will outline any relevant history or details as required. Through the session we will represent the energies present in the space. Much of this work is felt in the body rather than comprehended in the mind. We work to bring resolution and resolve to whatever shows up. During the session I will dowse, I may also utilise shamanic and wiccan techniques, incorporate flower essences, offer meditation, yogic techniques and regulation tools as required.

Examples of how this work has helped my clients, my colleagues and myself:

  • Priorities clarified from a Soul perspective.

  • Issues around self worth linked to experiences in a parallel life.

  • Anxiety issues tracked to a Soul contract.

  • Illness being linked to a loyalty in the family system, improvements are possible once the loyalty was cleared.

  • Difficult relationship dynamics linked to parental issues, these shifted once order was restored.

  • Problematic pet behaviour, we got to the root cause and balance was restored.

  • Problems with food tracked back to ancestral experiences and resolved. Food was also linked to inner child issues. Another time it was associated with familial patterns of behaviour. This shows how the same issue will have different causes in each person.

Through this work I have felt:

  • A greater sense of peace.

  • Clarity and perspective on some really tricky issues.

  • Often, I can’t help singing after a session.

  • At times raw, but this settles with time.
