By accessing and using the services provided by Lynn Hebblethwaite from Heartful Being, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using these services.

2. Services Offered

Heartful Being provides spiritual healing services, including but not limited to shamanic healing, shamanic ceremony and 1:1 Soul Healing Arts sessions. These services are offered for information and entertainment purposes only.

3. Client Responsibilities

a. Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

b. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and choices made based on the information provided during the sessions.

c. Lynn Hebblethwaite does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and clients are advised to seek professional assistance for such matters.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. Heartful Being respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose personal information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

b. Recordings of sessions may be kept for quality assurance purposes but will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

5. Payments and Refunds

a. Payment for services must be made in advance.

b. Refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered, but exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Lynn Hebblethwaite.

6. Code of Conduct

a. Clients are expected to treat Lynn Hebblethwaite and Heartful Being’s practitioners and assistants with respect and courtesy.

b. Inappropriate behaviour, language, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Lynn Hebblethwaite and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lynn Hebblethwaite and Heartful Being’s practitioners and assistants are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Lynn Hebblethwaite reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Heartful Being’s services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
